This Beautiful Decanter has a Strong Art Nouveau Style Handle and Lid, and a Heavy Hand Blown Scalloped Crystal Body has a Deep Double Line Design
The Crystal Decanter Measures 8 Inches (20.5 cms) Tall and Has a Clean Ground Pontil
The Full Hallmarks are Stamped on the Collar and the Correct Partial Hallmarks appear on the Underside of the Lid – The Hallmarks are “J.G & S” for John Grinsell and Sons, the Lion Passant Guarantee Mark for English Sterling Silver, the Date Letter “d” for 1899 and the Leopard’s Head Town Mark for London
The Decanter is in excellent condition with no chips or damage. The bottom of the base has some very minor scratches consistent with its age and usage
