This is in Fair / Good condition. Cover shows wear / handling, with dings and creases on the corners. There is a 5-1/2" tear at the bottom of the front cover at t
he spine(see pic). No tears or markings on the pages inside, some dog-earred corners on a few pages.

This is in Very Good condition. Cover shows a slight bit of wear / handling. No tears, stains or writing on it. Pages inside are in Excellent condition.
