This is a collection of three antique Georgian era London England sterling silver bottle label / tags by
Edward Mayfield. This sterling silver set weighs approximately
23.1 grams.
This set includes:
Gin - date marked 1801
Rye - date marked 1806
Rum - date marked 1801
Edward
Mayfield
was
registered
in 1797 to 1811. This could be a unregistered mark of Elizabeth Morley (died in 1815)
the
attribution
to Edward Mayfield who passed in 1812.
Each label measures approximately 7/8" long by 1 1/2" wide with a 6" long chain.
This item is previously owned. There is light surface scratches and tarnish. Please view all photos for the most accurate description.
