Antique 19thC Art Nouveau Alvin Sterling Silver Overlay on Cranberry
Glass, Perfume Bottle.
In Very Good Used Condition with no nicks chips or cracks.
This is not the original stopper due to the fact, it should sit further
down into the top of the bottle. Although the flower design on
the stopper appears to be a close match to the design.
That’s how I found it in the Estate.
Both the bottle & stopper have etched numbers on the bottom. The bottle seems to have the number 74 & I just noticed another etched in # 17.
The silver overlay stopper appears to have #’s It could be a JSX or 85X.
Hard to read.
Also marked with the Alvin Mark. (Pictured)
