Antique Ornate Silver Overlay and Etched Glass Decanter

Up for sale is this Vintage Ornate Silver and Glass Decanter. The bottle is a pinched design with etched feathers. The silver compliments the bottle design.
I CANNOT FIND A STERLING MARK ON IT AND IT HAS NOT BEEN TESTED. With that being said I do believe it is Sterling as the workmanship on this is exquisite!  It measures 9 1/2" tall and 5" wide, and weighs about 2 1/2 lbs. It is in great shape, though the silver could probably use a good polish.
