Antique Sterling Silver and Glass German-Inscribed English Flask With Leather Case. Unknown history, but seems like pre-1900s era with maker’s marks and inscriptions as shown in photos. Condition is excellent including a very good leather case with snaps. Lid rotates quarter-turn counter-clockwise to open, lifts on sturdy hinge, and closes with secure clockwise twist. Cork seal in lid is also intact. Will be shipped in medium USPS Priority mail box to insure safe packing material for protection. Rough dimensions when within the snug-fitting case: 7 X 4.5 X 2 inches. Also just added three clearer photos of maker’s marks on cap, neck and body. NEW INFO: One eBay viewer suggests that the marks place the origin as 1895-1897 made by William Hutton and Sons Ltd. London.
