This is an old Antique Vintage Tommy Ticker Travel Watch Celluloid Case As-is New Haven Co.
As is for parts or repair.  Celluloid Case is warped, discolored, has a few paint drips, and the door is loose.
Watch doesn't run, is missing it's clear cover, and missing the hour hand.

Celluloid housing is about 3" tall, by about 3" deep.
The Watch dial is about 1 3/4" in diameter.
