    Description

A curious Sterling Silver liquor or bottle tag, made in Sheffield in 1870 by White, Henderson & CO., this ticket is in a largely pierced circular form into which the letters L and D are cut and a banner on which the word Dublin is engraved.  I have no idea, and couldn't find anything on a quick search, what this might be a label for:  drink, liquor, bitters, something particular to Dublin.  If someone knows, let me know.  This tag is a little less than an inch thru the middle both ways; the chain is just over 5" long, also curiously long
