Handsome Small Sterling Silver Hip / Spirit Flask - 1926

Description

A handsome early twentieth century hip flask made from solid English silver beautifully decorated with engine turning on both back and front.  The back concave shaped to fit snuggly and comfortably into a pocket.
The lid has a turn and lift mechanism with the lid filled with cork.  The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1926 and together with the maker's mark for A & J Zimmerman.
Excellent condition measuring 4" x 2 1/2" x 5/8".
