Description

Art Deco sterling silver flask. Made by Watrous (part of International) in Wallingford, Conn., ca 1920. Curved and rectilinear with flat sides. Cover hinged, threaded, and cork-lined. On front are vertical engine-turned stripes with rectangular mono plate (vacant). Back plain. Slim and elegant form. Holds 1 pint. Fully marked including Watrous and International stamps, no. 854, and volume. Condition: A few minor scratches to front. Otherwise very good.
