Silver Overlay Crystal Glass Perfume Bottle c. 1800s -1900s Art Nouveau Floral

This is an antique silver over crystal glass perfume bottle c. late 1800s-early 1900s.  It is a crystal glass bottle with some indication of interior cloudiness from perfume or other liquid in the bottom.  The silver overlay is in an etched flower and leaf design, very Art Nouveau.  There are etched marks on the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of the glass stopper.  Etching:  65 and 23 or E2 ,  No other marks are on this bottle that I can find .
Approximate measurements:  with stopper in place:  4" tall x 2.5" maximum diameter.
