Vintage Chinese export silver bamboo overlay glass decanter need fixing

Rare vintage Chinese export silver bamboo overlay glass decanter . It is about 9 6/8 inches tall. On 3 corners of the bottle there are signs of fixing and some connection has disconnected . 1 piece is missing on corner . Marked at bottom that I can not read. There is missing top of lid.
