Vintage Oil Vinegar Etched Glass Bottle Decanter Cruet Silver Stopper.
This is a beautiful cruet with a lot of interesting etched lines and flowers. The silver top shines up beautifully if you want it to look that way - I've polished it before and it is stunning! Some prefer the "antiqued" look, so either way, it is a nice piece.
Not sure of the maker - I don't see any visible markings but your eyes may be better than mine! : - )
There is some chipping on the base of the stopper as noted in the photos.
