Vintage TRIBAL earrings MIDDLE EAST or ASIA silver and RED CORAL

HOUSEHOLD ARTIFACTS
My mother bought these earring in either Morocco 1969, Turkey 1990 or Egypt 1989. I’m not sure where but they are tribal or could have been imported to one of the countries listed above.
From the bottom of the pierced ear wire, they hang 2 1/8 inches. The diameter of the silver ball with protruding small half balls attached all the way around is approximately one inch. The tubes of coral measure 3/8ths of an inch by 2/8ths of an inch. Under a jewelers loupe the authentic coral has a wood grain effect, groove pits and striations.
Each earring individually weighs approximately 2/8ths of an ounce per my hand held postal scale.
I thought this was sterling quality silver but must be a low quality as there are 6 whitish circles (all photographed) on only one earring-- they don’t polish out with silver polish but they are not that noticeable. Remember that the photographs are 10x times larger than the actual earrings.
